Conflict Transformation Training
We cannot get to justice without conflict. But we can learn to engage in healthy conflict that deepens relationships rather than destroys them. Our conflict Liberation Design Model aims to assist both individuals and organizations in dismantling unhealthy patterns of perceiving and dealing with conflict. We start with introspection on individual behaviors, address organizational conflict, and foster a safe environment for collaborative design. Our goal is to cultivate an inclusive culture where challenging discussions lead to a healthier, more engaged organization.

This coaching series is to unpack the work and life traumas you have experienced as a person of color. The coaching series is designed and tailored for each individual person and their experiences. Work through work trauma, life trauma and heal from the inside out.
Organizational Culture Audits
We conduct equity audits to assess your organizationals culture and climate and provide a benchmark for you to understand where you are in your journey. We then provide programmatic recommendations and support your organization through the process of re- designing practices.
