Through relational learning, trust-building, and practical tools, we help your team unlearn performative practices and co-create liberatory, values-driven systems for teaching and leading.

Student/Staff Workshop Series
Kindness in Action: A Journey to JUST Kids
Kindness in Action aims to reduce the harm that occurs among children, intentionally or unintentionally, by equipping educators with the resources and practices they need to explicitly prepare children to be kind and JUST. In this workshop series, students will explore topics through storytelling that share the diversity of our community and how they can show up through kindness and empathy to those differences. Staff will be able to gain strategies in having these conversations with their students and continue to build on the work.
This workshop can be facilitated for students in PreK-5th grade or as a training session for teachers to lead sessions in their classrooms. Reach out to learn how your students can become JUST kids!

Thriving Together: Nurturing Inclusive Communities through Anti-Bullying Education
