Dr. Nichole Villa
Director of Holistic Practice & Collective Care
Dr. Nichole Villa is a passionate educator, compassionate healer, and visionary leader committed to liberation and the holistic well-being of children, families, and communities. With a deep-rooted background in early childhood and special education, she has spent over a decade championing culturally responsive practices that honor the lived experiences and community cultural wealth of students and families, and community members, especially those from historically marginalized backgrounds.
Nichole works to create environments where every individual is affirmed in their identity and human dignity. As a first-generation college student who earned her terminal degree, she brings both personal and professional passion to transforming educational and community systems through a lens of social justice.
Beyond the classroom and community engagement, Nichole is also a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and Reiki Level II practitioner. She approaches wellness as a sacred practice of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. What began as her own journey toward healing evolved into a spiritual and emotional awakening, one that now fuels her mission to share yoga, mindfulness, and energy work as tools for self-love, ancestral connection, and collective care.
Nichole integrates trauma-informed, inclusive practices in every space she holds, whether she's teaching, facilitating, or healing. Guided by love, rooted in justice, and sustained by connection, her work invites others to show up fully, heal deeply, and move toward liberation together.
